Day 2 Of 3 Day Military Diet

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg + 1 slice of toast + 1/2 banana

Lunch: 1 cup cottage cheese with 5 saltine crackers + 1 hard boiled egg

Dinner: 2 hot dogs + 1 cup sauteed broccoli + 1/2 cup sauteed carrots + 1/2 banana + 1/2 cup of ice cream

Food Substitutes

Hot dog – Soy, lentils, mushrooms, and beans

Breakfast: 1 slice of cheddar cheese + 5 saltine crackers + 1 apple

Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg + 1 slice of toast + 1 cup chicken clear soup

Dinner: 1 cup of tuna + 1/2 banana + 1 cup of vanilla ice cream

Food Substitutes

Cheddar cheese- Greek yogurt and ricotta cheese

Saltine cracker- Gluten-free crackers, rice cakes, and oats crackers

Apple – Pomegranate

Egg – Boiled lentils

Multigrain bread – Cornbread or white bread

Chicken clear soup- Kidney bean chilli or mushroom clear soup

Green tea/ black coffee – Fresh fruit juice

Tuna – Blanched chicken breast or boiled egg or grilled mushroom

Blanched spinach- Swiss chard

Banana – Avocado
