Ingredients:

  • A bit of ginger
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 apple
  • 20 grams of almonds or walnuts

Preparation:

Blend the apple, spinach, and unpeeled cucumber all together. Put the ginger and blend it again. Pour the shake in a big glass and add the some crushed walnuts and almonds on top.

Drink it right away, if you drink it later you will lose its healing properties. This drink is rich in vitamins, like Vitamins K, B, A, E, and C.

If you want to lose more weight do this for 10 days make a break of 2 weeks and then repeat .
