- 1/2 pound of peeled green plantains

Cover every slice in the bowl with the red palm oil, then in another cup, mix all of the spices and sprinkle them over the plantain slices. Then prepare a baking sheet, and put every slice on it, then bake the plantain slices for about 15 minutes. Then rotate them on the opposite side, and bake them for 10 more minutes.
8. Turmeric Smoothie
- A teaspoon of hemp seed hearts
- A dash of black pepper
- A teaspoon of maca root
- 2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
- A teaspoon of fresh turmeric or turmeric powder
- 1/2 cup of almond or coconut milk
- 1 and 1/2 cups of frozen mango or pineapple

9. Turmeric Tortilla Chips
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt (or adjust to your taste)
- 1/2 cup of almond flour
- 1/2 cup of tapioca flour

First get at least 9.5 inch nonstick pan and pre-heat it on medium heat. Then mix the tapioca flour, almond flour, salt turmeric and coconut milk in a larger bowl all together.
