- 1 cup ripe papaya
- 2-3 Small guavas
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 Tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp ginger
- 1 Tsp brown sugar or stevia or maple syrup (leave out for Whole30)
- 3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Instructions: Wash fruit and blend together in blender.
