Guava Papaya Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ripe papaya
  • 2-3 Small guavas
  • 1 sprig parsley
  • 1 Tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 Tsp ginger
  • 1 Tsp brown sugar or stevia or maple syrup (leave out for Whole30)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional)

Instructions: Wash fruit and blend together in blender.
